Be it remembered that at a court of Common Pleas at the court house in the town of Gallipolis [___] and for the said county of Gallia on the twenty eighth day October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine the Guardian account of Simeon Roach Guardian of William Rickabaugh minor of Adam Rickabaugh deceased having been filed at the last term of this court was taken up and examined with the vouchers accompanying the same and found correct and ordered to be recorded and the court find by the said account that the said Simeon Roach as Guardian as aforesaid had paid out over and above the amount by him received the amount of Twenty seven dollars and twenty seven cents and which said account is in the words and figures following to wit:
