Narrative
He doesn't seem to have a death certificate in ND.
Name appears as Cato in 1870 census, "Kittil" in the 1880 census.
There is a hired man, age 20, listed on the 1910 census in the Johnson household. See Walsh County, North Dakota; Glenwood township, dwelling 113. Can't read his first name , but birth places match up OK.
A submittal to LDS lists his place of birth as Stulen, Eidenger, Telemark, Norway; Leonard's death certificate lists his mother's name as "Stulen".
